Originally from France, Tebow (or Thibaut) manages the MDM platform for Dentsply Sirona, an international dental equipment maker headquartered in Ballantyne. Prior to that, he obtained an MBA from Winthrop University and enjoyed a few years with Syntelli Solution as a data analytics associate. In addition to being a former racecar driver, Tebow managed the U.S. branch of a private French school group and was a project lead for one of Las Vegas’ top attractions. When Tebow isn’t making sense of data, you can find him trying to run a half-marathon in under 100 minutes!

Implementing MDM solutions from scratch using Profisee
Whether it is for marketing purposes or to perform analytics, obtaining and maintaining clean customer data is essential to any business. Master Data Management is the main way to proceed to keep data in order, up to date, with a single source of truth. Let’s onboard with an international company on a journey to keep its data on track. After going through multiple mergers, Dentsply Sirona had to ingest multiple CRMs, ERPs, government datasets, and various flat files to build its master customer database. All of this while having GDPR and other regulations in mind. During this talk, we will discuss the decisions and challenges faced – some of them still ongoing – in implementing an MDM solution from scratch.
