Andrew Claster is a Democratic data scientist, pollster and former Deputy Chief Analytics Officer for Obama (2011-2012) and Deputy Targeting Director for the Democratic National Committee (2009-2011). He has conducted surveys and data analysis in more than 30 countries, including the US, Canada, Israel, Dominican Republic, UK, Suriname, Indonesia, Malaysia, India, South Africa and many more.
