Abe is a passionate Data Scientist with a strong financial background and 3+ years of experience using predictive modeling, data processing, and data mining algorithms to solve challenging business problems. He is currently pursuing his Masters in Data Science at UNC Charlotte's School of Data Science. Abe's interests include implementing innovative algorithms to discover hidden insights in data, NLP/NLG, Risk Intelligence, AML (Fraud) Intelligence and Deep Learning.

Solving Economic and Social Mobility - 2020 Queen City Hackathon Challenge
Abe won 1st Place in the Open Track of the 2020 Queen City Hackathon held on Feb 21-22nd, 2020.
Join Abe as he shares his experience at the 2020 Queen City Hackathon, and learn more about how he created a web application integrated with automated Machine Learning capabilities to help non-profits streamline their efforts, by using data analytics to rank factors that influence economic mobility. Get deeper insights on how he built an interactive shiny app with H2O autoML integration, and the power of interpretative machine learning with Shapley and LIME to develop a driverless ML pipeline. Additionally, Abe will show integrating Tableau-like Drag and Drop GUI Visualization in shiny app with Esquisse.
